A one stop shop for gifts and holiday necessities.
Managed by the Sisterhood. All proceeds go to the Temple.

Other Volunteer Opportunities . . .

Room at the Inn:  Room at the Inn takes place the first Monday of every month. Come to the Temple and help make dinner, visit with adults, play with kids, sleep over, assist with breakfast, and transportation back to the shelter.

Bake Cookies for Ronald McDonald House: Help bake cookies that are bagged up and delivered to the Ronald McDonald House of Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur.

Who We Are

We are a group of women of all ages and backgrounds who serve as an auxiliary arm of Shaare Emeth. We are part of the national organization of Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ). We gather for social events, participate in social justice projects, run the gift shop, and engage in fundraising to sponsor or support several temple programs.

•    Youth group
•    Jewish Book Festival
•    Jewish Film Festival
•    Jewish Food Pantry
•    YES fund to provide scholarships to future rabbis and cantors

•    Apples and honey for Rosh Hashanah

•    Join us!  Membership is open to all women regardless of temple affiliation and is $36 for the year (other donation levels are available). Membership includes discounts for Sisterhood programs, 10% off at the gift shop, and regional and national dues.
